It is an intermediate activity between sporty hiking and pure rock climbing. Guided and secured on a rope by our instructor for total safety, you will scramble through steep sections and small rock walls of 10 meters maximum to reach the summit of the Baou via a wild route.

What physical fitness level is required for the Red Route?

This airy trek lasts about 4 hours (ascent, break at the summit, and descent via the classic trail). It is perfectly suited for climbing beginners and children from 8 years old, but requires a good general physical fitness level (enjoying hiking and not suffering from paralyzing vertigo).
