The canyon was heavily impacted by Storm Alex in 2020, and we are currently not offering it. The Courmes Canyon is, for us, the best alternative to replace this very popular canyon in the Alpes-Maritimes.

- A swimsuit, shorts, or anything else, it doesn’t matter.
- A towel and a change of clothes.

Before each activity, your guide will provide a full briefing on safety instructions and the course of the experience. It is essential to carefully listen to these instructions to ensure a safe adventure and fully enjoy the activity.

- You can bring a waterproof camera,
- We accept GoPro cameras, but we do not guarantee your equipment in case of loss or damage. The ideal is to use a chest harness or headband, as we do not have mounts on our helmets.
- No valuables, as we will leave the essentials in the vehicles.
- Everything we bring will be in waterproof containers and subjected to rough conditions during jumps and slides, so no phones or cameras, etc.
- For glasses wearers, remember to bring a strap.
WHAT ARE THE BEST CANYONS FOR BEGINNERS?
To start and discover canyoning, the Gorges du Loup course is certainly the best. It’s fun, features many jumps and slides, and offers the opportunity to try abseiling.
CAN I GO CANYONING WITH MY FAMILY?
Of course! We will offer a course suitable for your level. We provide canyoning activities starting from 8 years old for active children who are good swimmers. We also have courses for more adventurous and sporty individuals.
ARE THE JUMPS MANDATORY?
No, jumps are not mandatory. Depending on the course, you can ask your guide to either avoid the obstacle or descend it by abseiling, which is perfectly safe. Most importantly, you should choose a course that suits you.
WHERE TO GO CANYONING IN FRANCE?
