During your rock climbing initiation session, our goal is to provide you with a fun and enriching experience, tailored to your level and desires. Here’s how a typical session goes:
Welcome and Equipment Introduction
We greet you at the chosen climbing site and introduce you to the necessary equipment: harness, helmet, climbing shoes… If needed, all technical gear is provided.
Introduction to Safety
Before climbing, we cover the basics of safety: learning knots, belaying techniques, and essential instructions to help you climb with confidence on the wall.
Climbing Discovery
You’ll start with simple routes to learn basic movements and get comfortable with the rock. Our instructors will guide you step by step to help you progress.
Hands-on Practice and Progression
As the session goes on, you’ll become more confident. We tailor the routes to your pace, allowing you to tackle your first challenges, such as reaching the top of a route.
Sharing Moments and Feedback
The session ends with a debrief: a review of your feelings, feedback on your progress, and personalized tips to continue improving.
